Rome Libertine Snowboard Boot - Men's

The Rome Men's Libertine Snowboard Boot gives you a heat-moldable liner for excellent fit and comfort. The Rome SDS last incorporates a deep heel cup lined with directional fabric so you can rip toe side turns without your foot slopping all over the place. Lockable zonal lacing lets you strap it up super tight where you want it and leave it loose where you want—you make the call. A grip patch on the outer Achilles interacts with your highback to give you greater control. Molded footbeds give you comfort and decrease foot cramps so you can stay on the hill when deep, light snow is beggin' to get schralped.

Bottom Line: The flexy Rome Libertine Snowboard Boot allows you to dial your fit for all-day performance and comfort.

Great softer boot

The Rome Libertine boot is an excellent softer flexing boot. I normally ride stiffer boots and got a pair of these to use for powder conditions and also to have a very comfortable boot. Rome boots have a roomy toe box, which I like because I have a fairly wide foot. I also regularly put toe warmers in my boots and there is enough room for this, even downsizing to a 10.5. My street shoe is 11 / 11.5 US. These boots flex like butter, are comfortable and light. If you want a generously flexing boot with a wider toe box that rides and looks great, the Libertine's are for you.

Buttery flex, noodly jib that gnar

I agree with Stephen Koch. I wear a 10.5 and ordered the 10.5. With snowboard socks on (medium thickness) it fit perfectly-any smaller would have been bad. Standard foot width.

As for the boot - very comfortable and extremely lightweight. The liner is moldable, and is the "2F" model, for reference. Has amazing heel hold without creating pressure points or pinching. Lacing system is excellent, the amount of control you have over your heel lift alone is a breath of fresh air compared to my zone-style Burton Motos. The laces themselves seem very durable and do not loosen throughout the day. They fit a park setup beautifully, and are responsive enough to take anywhere on the mountain. Highly recommended!
