I just bought these flips for my daughter, and in the picture

I just bought these flips for my daughter, and in the picture there was a heel strap, but the shoes I received do NOT have that strap. I ordered a size 11/12, are the heels straps only on the smaller sandals?Oh, I must have misread, I see know that the strap is only on the infant sizes.

My kids love the Reef flip-flops - they are well made and worth every penny. Soft enough to "mold" to the child's foot, but sturdy enough for active play. Comfortable and long lasting -- we pass them down from kid to kid!

Well the sizing on a 2/3 would be like a mens 2/3 size so that translates to a womens 1/2 sizing.

Sizing on these is toddlers for sizes 3/4, 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12, and 13/1 Then the sizing moves to more kids sizes with the 2/3, 4/5. So know that if the size starts with a odd number then it will be on the smaller (toddler) sizing and if it begins with a even number then it is more on the larger (young adult) scale of sizing. I hope that this will help you all get the right size.
