Is Comp red the only color red for this short. Another site

Is Comp red the only color red for this short. Another site labels it as just "red". This site shows it as being a dull red. Is it a bright red (hopefully)
the other site also labels this short with a 22" length as opposed to this
one which lables it as a 21"
