  • 100 Gram canister

Bottom Line: The best fuel for your Primus stove, period.

It's time to upgrade to a Lindal valve canister stove. There are no adapters & the only puncture type canisters are mostly available in Europe. (They're still a bit behind the times.) These type appliances will eventually be phased out. I found a dealer in the UK if you're still interested but didn't find any 2210's. They do offer other types which might be compatible:

Good for a three day trip. Use the 220 if you're going out for any longer. Hot & efficient tri-fuel blend including isobutane.

What is the height and width of this canister? I need it to power a small steam locomotive and it has to fit inside the tender behind the engine. Also, is the lindal valve about 1 cm wide with a hole that is about 3 mm? Thanks!

Try a store like Dick's, Sports Authority, etc. or places that sell Coleman products.

The below link has CV270 cartridges online:

The 100g size is about right for a weekend or as a backup. Too small for thru hike use, go with the larger size.

Unfortunately not. The Primus canister uses a Lindal valve & Camping Gaz stoves use a "puncture" type canister.

I saw them @ my local REI store about a year ago. Unfortunately they're only available in Europe @ this time. Apparently not much US demand.
