I use a Selena in Large because the Sama in Large is slightly too large in the waist for me and the Medium Sama is too small in the legs for me. I am not a chicken legged dude, as many sport climbers are (not that I often don't wish for that, especially when I am flaming out and I am getting sloppy with my feet). This harness is extremely comfortable, light and functional...the complete package. I use it ice climbing as well since I am able to get boots with crampons through the leg loops. That is the test if you want to use it for ice climbing. Be well.

I love this harness and am so glad I got it. It's really comfy with the extra padding and makes me feel good and stable when I'm hanging around. Much better than my boyfriends old giant harness I was using before. If you're on the edge of sizing, definitely go with the bigger size. I almost got a small, and it probably wouldn't have fit even though I wear a size small in most everything else.

It's super comfortable, fits well and springs. And it's colourful!!!

I love this harness!! Its the first one Ive ever owned of my own but Ive worn many harness's and this is by far the comfiest I love it so much! I would totally reccomend it to anyone!

I LOVE this harness. It's super comfortable, even when I've worn it all day long and taken a couple drops with it. The mesh lining keeps you from getting too sweaty, and the width of the straps keeps you from feeling like it's going to cut into your skin. Also, the double-back buckle is very convenient and simple to use. All in all, a sweet harness I'd recommend to any gal out there!

I tried on other harnesses before selecting the Selena - this is definitely the more comfortable harness I was concerned that the legs not being adjustable would be a problem but it fits really well and seems to be fine. I'm new to climbing and delighted I spend the extra $ to get something that'll grow with me. LOVE IT!
