Pearl Izumi's Attack Knicker offers added warmth and leg support on cool weather rides. The ergonomic, 8-panel Sensor fabric knicker bottom extends below the knee, for a bit of breeze-busting protection on those days when you could trace your morning ride by the vapor trail. Flatlocked seams eliminate chafe, and a 3D Race Chamois provides 12mm of long-distance comfort.

I'm 6'5" and these seem to fit extremely well on me. The legs are long enough, and the bib straps are long enough too, I was a little surprised by this, but I'm quite happy with these.
