How is this jacket rated, warmth wise.
It is hard to tell if this is quilted and what does the back look like.
If i ordered this jacket how soon would I get it with the free shipping?

Babette, the Tres Parka is a very, very warm jacket! When you've got both jackets zipped together you could go out in some very cold temps and be fine, and the outer shell is fully waterproof so you'll be fine in nasty storms. The back of the down coat is quilted similar to the front.

It's a very warm and confortable coat.
I've never used the upper shell alone. But it is waterproof and "windproof". The only minus is that some feathergo out the inner part ...
I still like it very much.
