Put a tape measure around your head. Divide the number of inches by two. 6.5-7 is small, 7-7.5 is medium, 7.5 & above is large.

I like this headband. It keeps my ears warm though I have noticed that it does tend to slip "up" occasionally leaving my ears exposed. Other than the occasionally tug to keep it in place, I really like this headband.
