Love it except...

It's everything that they say... I like it almost as much as I expected... BUT there is one huge flaw... the bag is heavy with lots of reinforcement so I am very surprised that Patagonia did not extend protection so that everytime you park the bag upright, the bag material doesn't chafe against the concrete or whatever abrasive surface material you're standing on... I have done my own reinforcement with duck tape but now it doesn't look so hot. The weight of the bag is also beginning to be an issue now that the airlines are charging for over weight (50 lbs)... I think the bag itself weighs nine pounds so that only gives you 41 lbs of luggage... but I understand the weight to be necessary for the strength that it has...
