Patagonia El Cap 1/4-Zip Fleece - Men's - 2007

Pull on the Patagonia Men's El Cap ¼ Zip Fleece and hit the street or skin up a backcountry ridge. This pullover's double faced stretch fleece traps warm air and wicks moisture for comfort, and has a high warmth-to-weight ratio, so the El Cap won't bog you down when you ditch itin your pack. Patagonia used primarily recycled fleece in this pullover to minimize environmental impact.

Best Lightweight Fleece. Hands Down.

I got the full zip El Cap this fall and it has been the only jacket I've worn for three months now. We're right up in November now and I still find this is the only jacket I need (I tend to run a little warm blooded compared to most). It's super light, warm and as always.. it's a Patagonia.

I usually buy North Face fleece but this caught my eye. Uses recycled fleece. It's not the same texture as North Face fleece...a little "furry" and you can see the textile pattern underneath the fur, but it is warm as heck, quality made, and all in all I'm glad I bought it.

I bought this fleece for my 19-year old son for Christmas. He is very pleased with it - after all, it's from Patagonia, and he has two other Patagonia jackets. He wears it on chilly days and stays quite warm (but hey, he's 19). He wears it over both short sleeve shirts and heavier, long-sleeved shirts.

Layering must have

This fleece is a go to jacket for me all year long. Great as a layering piece during the cold weather moths, perfect for summer evenings/bonfires, and is perfect in the fall and spring. I use mine all the time and its great for street wear as well as outdoor sports/activities!
