There are batten-down-the-hatches bras and then there are relaxed, light-support bras. Patagonia’s Barely A/B Bra is of the second variety. Perfectly matched what I wanted

This bra makes your breasts feel as if they are floating on clouds! You can't feel the bra hardly at all, and yet the support is divine (for me, a puny size A-B). Perhaps it wouldn't be enough for someone who prefers padding, wires, or stiff support but i feel very well supported in it, yet flexible for when i'm climbing, the most comfortable bra i have ever donned! Quick Drying, Simple, Great for Traveling, and Climbing.

This one's just fabric. Great for lounging around. Not great for being discreet in cold weather.

The bra offers very minimal support, if any. I wear a size 32A and I would recommend this bra if you really don't want much support or coverage. It almost feels and looks like I wasn't wearing a bra when I tried this. It would be okay for wearing around the house and for everyday wear outside if you are not shy. If you are a modest person and don't like popping out or have sag issues, this won't do the job.
