Is this jacket completely fleece lined? The Patagonia website

Is this jacket completely fleece lined? The Patagonia website indicates that it is not but the description here seems to say it it. I am looking for a good lightweight travel jacket which I can wear rain or shine in cool weather and perhaps layer over fleece or a sweater. Any suggestions?

there is a light fleece lining around the collar, not the entire piece. It's the perfect travel rain jacket.
