Pacific Outdoor Equipment Pneumo LTW Drybag - 2008

Pack food and clothes in the Pacific Outdoor Equipment Pneumo LTW Drybag, roll the top down, purge excess air out the valve, and slip this drybag into your backpack. Lightweight fabric and a refined roll-top closure on the Pneumo LTW cuts down on weight, so you can keep items dry during your adventure travels without adding pounds to your pack. Choose a small bag for quick trips or the largest for weeklong adventures.

Bottom Line: When you're cold and wet, you'll appreciate dry gear and food.

Light and Compressable

By:

These bags are great, and they are coming in other colors now too. I have been using them on my UL hiking trips, and they are a great way to compress and keep dry. I have totally moved away from other stuff sacks, because hte valve keeps the contents compressed, and the fabric is still very light. Great for organizing in side you pack on longer trips. HAVE YOU SEEN THE BACKPACKING LIGHT Backpacks using these bags?? I wonder how well they work in that application?

Drybag disappointment

By:
July 9, 2008

We purchased the drybag for my daughter's 6 week summer camping and canoeing trip. We started packing early. The original drybag ripped at the top. Luckily, there was time to send for a replacement. This site was quite helpful and sent another one along promptly. The return/exchange process worked well. Unfortunately, the replacement also ripped in the same spot. Clearly, there is a design flaw. With no time for a 2nd replacement, we repaired it with duct tape and packed as needed. No word from Ontario as to how the bag is holding up.
