Petzl Duobelt LED 14 Headlamp - 2006

The Petzl Duobelt LED 14 Headlamp provides really bright lighting in really cold environments that other headlamps can't handle. It has a remote power source that can be worn inside your clothes to keep the four C batteries warm and functioning well. The Duobelt 14 Headlamp uses a bright halogen bulb to project light up to 100m making it a favorite of search and rescue personal everywhere. When you need light in close for setting up your tent, the 14 LED bulbs have a three-level adjustment to provide just the right amount of illumination. Whether you're camping in extremely cold weather or mountaineering in the winter, this Petzl headlamp stands with its head held high and light shining bright.

wow these are great...

You can not go wrong with one of these and the price is unbeatable. Nice unit, just so happy with it. You have to be careful how you put the batteries the terminals are odd, but man this is one heck of great toy. Can not wait to go camping with them, I ordered two. Hey, why get one when you can get two for twice as much? Yeah!
