This material is stiffer and has a slicker surface than rotomolded plastic (for a more smooth glide through the water), and the material has better abrasion-and impact-resistance than a fiberglass kayak. Plus the Tribute 12.0 Airalite weighs a mere 34 pounds, so it's easy to load the Tribute on your vehicle. Perception made this kayak with a width and cockpit size that complements a woman's dimensions. Store your lunch in the bow hatch, adjust the seat and foot braces, and enjoy the scenery as the Tribute slips through the water.
