Patagonia Wool 2 Bottom - Men's - 2006

Wear the lightweight Patagonia Men's Wool 2 Bottoms under your rain pants in cold weather—they'll insulate even if they get wet. These merino wool long underwear bottoms wick like synthetics but are naturally odor resistant and maintain their shape on long ski tours. Flatlocked seams and a contoured fit make layering easy, and the brushed elastic waistband keeps you comfy. Super Comfy, Super Functional

I bought these at the beginning of last ski season and I have worn them everyday I've been on the slopes since. Not only do they insulate/breathe better than any other baselayer I've tried, they feel incredible against your skin. The only thing I have to say negatively is that they are an inch or two too long, but that doesn't affect their performance. Oh, and did I mention I used them for over a month without washing them and they never once smelled?

These Wool 2 bottoms are great. They wick moisture and keep you warm, but dont make you overheat. They seem pretty thin when you take them out of the box, but they are proving to be tought and durable as long as you aren't rolling around in a rockpile! A size L fits perfect without excess material at the foot (i'm 6'0" 190). Keep it up Patagonia!
