The Patagonia R1 Flash Pullover is a piece of gear you'll wear all year. Lightweight stretch panels strategically placed at the wrist and hem provide freedom of movement while reducing overall bulk. Though it's sized for next-to-skin use, the R1 Flash Pullover is roomy enough to fit over a light base layer.

Kick ass layer

Patagonia, although expensive, has always produced rock solid gear, and the flash pullover is no exception. It's great in all types of conditions as a base layer or on it's own. You won't regret spending the money on the flash.

These are GREAT! I work in Antarctica and I've used these as a first layer in conditions up to -198F with windchill... Excellent! Comfortable! Get one or two now!

R1 Pullover
