Ordered on of these hats six months ago I had to buy another just in case mine was lost or taken! Love it, well made, light weight, keeps the sun off my face & neck packed easly into my carry-on luggage. Excellent products along with the fast friendly service will keep me coming back!!

I wear this hat for rafting. I'll jump in the water and sometimes even be dumped out of the boat, and it stays on because of the chin strap and top adjustment toggle. It folds in half and packs away when I don't want it. One note: because of the size of the brim, this hat does not work well when wearing a pack. Otherwise I love it!

I bought this for my wife. She has been through several sun hats over the years, mostly straw-type hats. They always fall apart. This hat is awesome. She took it to Mexico last week, and used it daily. The chin strap is perfect for those windy days, and the brim is wide enough to keep the whole face out of the sun. Definitely recommended.

Love the color, nice and water repellent, helps with sun protection..looks cute on and fits well.
Since I've had facial cancer I think this should have a wider brim. I still got sunburned on my cheeks and nose while wearing it (without reapplying sunscreen!)

ALSO...I've squished the hat up and stuffed in my backpack and the brim must have cardboard inside it..as it doesn't look as nice now...It is more floppy in not so cute ways...it looks all waved and bent in places. Still, overall it is a great hat, and well made except for the likely cardboard inside fabric of the brim.

I used this for my australia trip. Great sun coverage and it fit well (size small). There's a cord in the back so you can adjust the hat if it's still too big. The rim was just the right size too--wide enough to get good sun coverage without looking silly.

The fabric is very lightweight- great for summer. And, it fits a woman's head perfectly.

Great coverage. Great fit. Proved itself worthy this week when I got lost hiking in must exposed 95 degree weather.

I needed to buy a sun hat before my trip to Nicaragua this fall and tried on several in a few different stores. I really didn't like the way any of those I tried on looked, plus the ones in the stores all seems to be 'one size fits all' and were tight on my head. I went out on a limb and ordered this hat from the website because I saw that it came in sizes (I ordered a large). When it arrived I was relieved to find that it fit really well, and it was adjustable around the crown of your head with a bungee/cinch cord. The light color reflected heat and sun well, and I liked having the chin strap so I could take it off occasionally and let it hang around my neck. The nylon material resisted the big drops of water as we hiked through the rainforest, and when we came out of the tree cover, the sun hat functionality kicked in. I now love this hat!

I love this hat, I use it for hiking in the Arizona sun. It is light and keeps the sun off your face and neck. When is windy the drawcord keeps it in place. Overall is a great hat.
Packing hint: pack it flat don't crush the brim.

Love the hat. Also found it works as a flotation device, of course not while keeping the sun away. Big brim keeps the sun away but I did bump into a couple of things. I will use it a lot. Wish it came in other colors.

Good face and back of neck protection, light wait, nice light tan color, stays on during pre-
hurricane winds. Comes in small size with adjustible features to fit me well. Highly recommend it.

The hat's wide brim and gray underside offer good coverage and comfort in the sun. The drawcord is convenient. I've used the hat while gardening and am looking forward to wearing it on the river.

The hat does the job of keeping sun off face, ears and neck. Because it's a women's hat they embroidered a flower on the back of the rim. It's the same color as the hat so it doesn't stand out but I'd like it better without the flower. (Would be nicer without the big OR logo as well). It's great that the hat can be tightened but the cinch mechanism on the back of the hat is black . It would have been nicer if they could have matched the cinch to the hat color. Also, tightening the hat makes the brim ruffle up a bit. The neck cord is great. Overall I like the hat very much.

Excellent fit and very light weight, also very effective for keeping shade on the face.

Got this hat on sale & with its wide brim & chin strap it stays on my head & keeps the sun off.

Great hat. I wear it sitting at the beach and sailing on our Hobie 20 catamaran. This hat stays on in big wind- we even tipped the boat over and the had stayed put. Sunscreen doesn't do the job in these conditions (water, wind, sun) but this hat keeps my face protected. I actually like the look of the hat better after a little water and wear- not so stiff.

My mom got this hat for a sunny hot day on the river and hiking. She absolutely love it. She was nervous about the size but realized that there is a great adjustment system in the back. She really liked being able to tighten it in the wind or water but loosen it up to get some more air flow. The got the yellowish color and it looks great and stays cool. The fabric is very light and soft, yet it doesn't wrinkle or bend if you have to shove it in a bag. She won't take it off! It has a great shape to it and looks nice on almost anybody!
