Lightweight PrimaLoft Sport synthetic insulation gives the Outdoor Research Men's Fraction Vest a low-bulk fit that makes it ideal for layering under a shell or wearing alone. Great Vest - small arm openings

I loved this vest when I opened up the package from this site. Usual OR quality gear. Only trouble is the arm openings were a little tight. I'm not the beefiest guy, but I found the vest a little too restricting - tight under the arm-pits. Had to return. Too bad.
