Don't be a cheap-o and spend the money to get the best flops on the market!
My feet are never sore and I have put some miles on these bad boys with high arches.

Growing up on the beach I have tried pretty much every flip flop on the market over the past 40+ years incl. Rainbow, Teva, Quiksilver, Sanuk, Scott, etc. So far these seem to be the best so far with a great fit, nice materials, good arch, and most importantly a comfy footbed. As others have said they seem to run a bit small but I prefer mine a bit small (as opposed to too big) so I ordered my regular size and they fit great. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for!

Some may have an issue with spending $65 on a pair of flip flops, but I'm here to tell you that your feet are worth it! These Olukai Kekai's have it all in terms of comfort, support and durability for all walks of life.

One note, they seem to run small size wise, so I'd select a size up when ordering. This is important because of the excellent arch support you'll receive from these sandals.

Perfect for boating, especially if your standing up driving, they give great support for your back. Easy to rinse salt stains off.

Out of over 15 pair of similar flip flops I have these are the most comfortable & don't hurt my heals when wearing all day with their rubbery/foamy foot bed. I usually wear a 12 but bought an 11. These are a must buy!

I was first introduced to these in Maui, where we did a lot of walking. It was remarkable how supple the foot bed stayed with out the usual pack down. I lived in these for three straight weeks. Washable and great in and around water. Fantastic design and comfort. I purchased 2 more pairs in case these are ever discontinued; NEVER discontinue these flips. I wear M9.5-10. Bought size M10.
