Amazing price and free shipping to a business address. They even called me a day after I ordered it and explained what to expect for the delivery. Boat was well packaged. Ordered the seat and leg straps and would recommend it. Very fun ocean surf kayak.

yak board is really versatile

This is the 9th yak board in the family. This one was for the 9 year old. It is a great surf boat when we go to the ocean, and we use them all the time to paddle on the river we live on. With knee straps the adults and older teenagers have done up to class 3 water (we are all experienced play boaters), though the nose tends to dive a bit and you have to fight that. A great jump in and paddle it boat as well as a plenty of play for a more experienced kayaker.

Surf boat!

This is the best kayak to use for surfing around in. It's really short and manueverable, great for messing around in waves. I found it a little hard to track well in on flat water, but that's to be expected for this kind of boat. My cousin also loved this boat, she's 8. It's easier for her to paddle.

Get a seat. And leg straps if you'll be on waves. The molded seat gets rather uncomfortable after a few minutes. Grab a PFD and you'll be set!
