Is this a good kayak for a beginner female in a class I river (weight 118lbs; height 5'8")?

It is a great kayak for beginners. I fell in love with it the first time I used it and I am a total beginner. We are on the ocean on the bay and we have variable winds. It's stable and it feels very solid as it easily glides through the water.
