Wore the shoe's daily for the past few months. I'm size 11 and they fit perfect. Great fit, very comfortable, sharp looking. So far so good on the hiking trails. Impressed with the durability.

There is no waterproof rating on these but they are resistant to minor water that could splash up while bike riding but that is the most they could withstand.

What is it about this little known company (at least to me) out of Montana? They make great shoes! My first pair was their Ignition trail runners which I simply loved to their ruin - I wore them everywhere! Construction site, the gym, on the local running trails...grocery shopping! I thought I'd try something a little more durable this time with the Sidewinder and so far I am not disappointed. They are comfortable on my size 13 foot with no wiggle room when synched slightly snug, and durable without feeling like I'm lugging around excess weight. The construction doesn't look cheaply made either. I'm impressed...

Oh...and least I forget: Backcountry.com - love the fast service, no hassle returns, user reviews and follow-up's on my orders. Even though I'm an _ _ _ member and they have a store in my city, I don't even compare any more. You are THEE One Stop Shop...thanks!

Took them out of the box and on a spring morning hike with my daughter. Absolutely loved them. They fit my size 11 feet right on. I have a narrow heel and wide toes and I had all the support I needed. And they look good!!
