Oakley Radar Path Sunglasses

They say the eyes are the window to the soul. Protect your windows with the Oakley Radar Path Sunglasses—the lowest profile lens in the Radar series. These sunglasses offer a permanent hydrophobic lens coating that repels water, dust, and smudges when your weekly ride takes you into hairy weather. The more you perspire on that lung-busting climb, the more the Oakley Unobtanium earpieces and nose piece hold on to your face. **NOT AVAILABLE FOR SHIPMENT OUTSIDE THE US.

Bottom Line: The Oakley Radar Path might be on course of optical enlightenment.

Wouldnt hurt to just bring them into a local oakley retailer and let them know what happen. Anyone who takes their business seriously and sells Oakley should be more than glad to help. May cut you a deal?!...

You could call oakley, and see if they would sell you just the frame. If not, try ebay, or maybe some sunglass shops, or sporting good stores that might possiby be able to sell you just the frames. this is the number for oakley: (800) 431-1439

Yes, they're fantastic. The other guy just can't ball sorry dude. If you are used to playing with a pair of sunglasses on these things are top notch I play backyard games all the time in the summer and can play short just fine with these. I golf and mountain bike all the time and couldn't imagine doing it without these. I bought the Lance Armstrong Ones and the black Iridium is great for you because it reduces glare. To the other guy, oakley will send you a new pair asap their customer service is great.

They work!

By:
April 19, 2007

I am a sweaty mess on a bike or hike, and have been searching for a sunglass that does not leave me blind shortly into the ride. Lots of promises by other products, not much delivery. I think I have finally found the solution in this Oakley Rader. The fancy new coating seems to do the trick as promised. I have only been out a few times with these, but I already feel much safer now that I can actually see where I am going! Give these a try for sure.

I just got a pair of these from you guys. I have a medium head, and a narrow face. They glasses hold on my head fine, but they see to be a little too wide. I can squeeze them a little and they look fine. Two questions: Are there any M frames that are just a tad smaller OR can I mold them (squeeze them together) so they fit my head a little better? Its one or the other, will probably have to send them back. Thanks

Nice M frame alternative

I really like the fact that Radar comes with two nose type. One of them really work well with my flat nose bridge. I will test more when running season kicks in. I really hope that Oakley will offer accessory kit, such as lens replacement and nose replacement.

BTW, I really liked your on-line help. They searched for the color I was looking for, and gave me good advice. A+!

SIck Shades

By:
June 20, 2007

I heart my Oakley Paths. They cover my face superbly and they have a perfect blend of the tech Oakley look and a good fashion blend. The earpieces grip my head with enough pressure to stay on through vigorous activities, yet they don't give me a headache when I wear them for extended periods. The optics are flawless. Anything less than Oakley is uncivilized.

hi there, I have a big head - no gettting away from it I suppose, I have used Oakleys all my sunglasss wearing life and would not trust my eyes to anything else!

I currently own juliets which fit me great - scars which are a little tight but not too bad - square wires which fit ok but are too small lens wise for me - and mag pro m frames which are just simply awesome!

I have just bought some monster dog transitions but they dont fit me! they barely go over my temples and are tight on my head - so I am reluctantly selling them on.

my head is 60cm or 23 3/4" around and my ears are roughly 30cm apart.

anyone know of any Oakleys that will fit my head nicely?

cheerrs guys in anticipation of your help!

matt - taylor312@btinternet.com if you can offer any help

I just got back from my first road ride in my Radar's and they're awesome. Best biking shades I've ever ridden in. Whatever that coating is that they talk about is really sweet. The lenses stay way cleaner, and my mis-fired snot rocket cleaned off much easier than it used to with my old glasses. I think this lens shape is the best for biking, plenty of coverage, but not too big, and it doesn't fog up.

I called Oakley about that when the Radar first came out. They said not then , but soon. You have to have a pretty mild prescription for just about any of their frames.

Excellent for cycling!

By:
August 25, 2008

Some of the best shades out there for cycling. Excellent if you have long eyelashes; the lenses do not touch! Good optics... do not darken too much. Great against road glare (hot Arizona desert roads) too. Better than the Half Jackets - cover more of the face. Work well, feel great!

As Expected

By:

I have always had good luck with Oakleys. I bought the Paths for cycling and am extremely pleased. I was previously riding with my Half Jackets, which are fine, but do not offer the wind protection or full view of the Paths. Can't go wrong with Oakley!

These glasses are very light and fit very tight to my face cutting out all outside light on my ride. I received the glasses faster than what was quoted , and I recommend these glasses along with this website for all biking accessories.
