Oakley Puffy Jacket - Men's

The Oakley Men's Puffy Down Jacket is stuffed with cool stuff. It's designed for lighting up the mountain. The Puff looks super slick thanks to its shiny two-layer polyester fabric and unique baffling pattern. The baffles hide the pockets as well, so you can stash your stashables without worry. 550-fill goose down insulates, so you can shred when the thermometer barely shows any red. Shoulder vents let you chill as your session heats up. A removable hood and removable storm skirt protect from flying flakes.

Bottom Line: The Puffy is a loaded down jacket.

Oakley Puffy

This jacket is sick. Really warm and super soft and comfy on the inside. The magnetic closures are really sweet instead of velcro getting caught on everything. I also like how the vents are on the front a little bit rather than the pits. You'd think pits would make more sense, but no air flow gets in there. Also, the thumb holes in the sleeves are nice for warmth, and the chest pocket is huge. Big enough for a hat and gloves or goggles. There is also a key holder and a pouch built in that you can stuff the entire jacket into the size of a tissue box.

I'm 6'0" 165lbs with an athletic build. I ordered a large originally like all my other winter jackets so I'd have plenty of room to layer. The thing was massive and it didn't look good. I exchanged it for a medium and now I'm considering trying again with the small. My arms are long as well, but the sleeves on the medium still go all the way to my knuckles. It's also so big around the middle on me that the fabric pleats in the back. The features and the jacket are awesome (though I do worry about the magnets wiping credit cards and whatever else) but they are serious when they say it's a "loose fit."

whats up, I just bought this jacket the other day. the jacket is sick, They definitely run big, Im actually the exact same hight and weight as you and I got the XL cuz every jacket I own is XL but it was way to big for me so I exchanged it for a L. waiting on it now but it should be good. I wouldnt go med, cuz I have long arms and i would bet a mediums arms would be to small. the jacket is pretty warm. I wouldnts say its as warm as a Northface down, id say for layers id wear an underarmor and maybe another thin layer and thats on rediculously cold day. good luck

great jackel, love magnetic closing, nice vents. and other options.

one thing thought this is way bigger than size says. i usually wear large so that was what i ordered, it looked like a body bag on me.

good thing is that back country has awesome CS so they changed it for the medium and it fits perfect now, not to small just fine

im 6' 150 lbs and i got a small that fits well, but a little baggy with no layers underneath. this jacket has tons of features. chest vents are a great idea and they work much better than pit vents for cooling. there are also tons of pockets to stash all your stuff.
supposedly this jacket can stuff into one of its own pockets, but i tried and its pretty tough.
overall a great jacket and worth the low steep and cheap price.

Plenty of room for a helmet in the hood. It's designed for that.
