Oakley Paddle Sandal - Men's - 2006

The Oakley Men's Paddle Sandals combine suede, a three-part sole, and superior traction to create the ultimate flip-flop. The pliant shock-absorbing capabilities of molded EVA is wrapped with the supple feel of suede and placed on top of a durable NBS rubber sole, making the Oakley Paddle Sandal one of the most comfortable, cushy, and sturdy flip-flops around. Slip these layered Oakleys on while running from your tent to the bathroom or just chillin' around the campfire. The Paddle Sandals' durable sole is composed of high NBS rubber and shaped to flex and hold tight to uneven surfaces for a sure grip. Not up to Oakley standards

I bought a pair of these to replace a pair of Oakley flip-flops I've had for FIVE years. These new Paddles were no where near the quality of my 2002 pair (the 'split crater' model, I think), which had contoured footbeds and ample leather uppers. These new Paddles are flat, too small, and not even close to being of the quality one would expect from Oakley.

I am returning.
