Oakley O Frame Goggle

When either sun or fog assault your vision on the mountain, the Oakley O Frame Goggle keeps your peepers safe and your vision clear. The O Frame’s lightweight conical design features a dual-layer lens construction that improves your peripheral and downward vision. Oakley venting and an anti-fog treatment prevent moisture from accumulating in the O Frame Goggle. A scratch resistant Lexan lens offers a smooth arc of clear vision, and delivers total UV protection. Triple layer face foam insulates your face from the cold so you can shred all day in Oakley’s fog-free clarity.

Bottom Line: The Oakley O Frame Goggle gives you all-day clarity on the mountain.

O-Frame

By:
November 23, 2009

The O-Frame is a pretty decent pair of goggles, that is a great fit in most helmets, vents really well, and pretty cheap. All these qualities make is a great back-up or budget goggle that gets the job done, and doesn't look too shabby either. The picture is of my buddy Jay, who uses them as a rail goggle, so he doesn't bust up his JP Auclair Pro Model Crowbars.

Good google

This is a solid pair of goggles. I have used them for a couple of years and they worked nicely.(I have since then upgraded to a pair of Oakley crowbars) They aren't the best Oakley goggles but they are solid starter pair. I would say if you are a just starting to ski/snowboard buy these, then upgrade later. But all in all, a good goggle with superb Oakley lenses.

The Oakley O frame will probably work. My seven year old prefers this to the XS O Frame. You should also check out Oakley's women's specific goggle...the Stolkholm. It is made for petite faces.

These fit some people with small faces, but are meant for medium to large faces. I would say try them, cause they do fit a lot of shapes, and return them if they don't work. Best bet is to go to a shop if you can and try on as many pairs as you can.

have a pair of these as back-up to A Frames...

and I never regret when I wear them. Great goggle for the money. Polar fleece laminated face foam makes them super nice on the coldest days. I have these with yellow lenses for low light days on the east coast. (Frankly, these are such a good deal I wouldn't recommend changing lenses, just buy two pairs and change goggles, and spend more time on the hill)

Awesome buy for price. Solid quality and functionality. Will do everything goggles two times the price. I run with them in blizzard conditions and snowshoe. Good ventilation and visibility. Won't dissappoint you.

These seem to fit a wide array of face sizes, so they should fit. Can always get them from backcountry.com and return them no questions asked if they don't fit. If you are concerned about them not being wide enough, check out the Crowbars. Those are real wide.

Pretty Good

By:
January 27, 2009

These are pretty good goggles. They rarely for up, but when they do, it's hard to un-fog them. Overall, pretty good.

Solid pair of goggles

By:
January 8, 2009

Decent pair of goggles for the price. Slight tendency to fog, but a little anti-fog spray takes care of that. Works well with a helmet and does everything a pair of snow goggles are supposed to do.

That depends on what lens you get. Check the sizing chart to see what the various lenses are.

Impressed

By:
October 21, 2009

I was impressed with the quality of these goggles. they fit really well and are surprisingly comfortable, also stay fog free for the whole day. I got the black iridium lens and they provide enough sun protection that i didnt have to squint once from the suns reflection on the snow. overall great pair for the price. (I reccomend)

Not bad

By:
January 13, 2009

Good goggles for the price. They keep the wind and snow out, but do tend to fog a little. The fit around the nose is a little tight so if you've got a bigger shnozz, look elsewhere. It's also really hard to find replacement lenses.

An ok goggle

By:
November 29, 2008

These are an ok goggle from Oakley. This line doesnt compare to that of their higher end goggles. You dont get the circular lenses which provide distortion free viewing. What makes the wisdoms, aframes, and crowbars amazing goggles is the amazing clarity you get from their lenses. These are comfortable with the foam, but its not the same as their other products. These will do fine for what you need but you can get a better pair for much less if you check out other brands. If you just want the oakley name these will do, but once again go for their higher end stuff or check out other brands.

Decent

By:
November 7, 2008

The O Frame is a solid goggle for the price but the persimmon goggle fogs up a little. Other than that they haven't really scratched that much in the trees. And the large frame size looks pretty cool. Bad tan line but who really cares anyway
