Depends on the helmet really, but it was designed to fit under mountain bike helmets, so I'd say yes.

These have got to be the best sunglasses I have ever bought. The VR50 lenses are unbelievable,they make everything pop out at you, the clarity and definition is unreal, if you are a trail runner or outdoor enthusiast these glasses are a must have.
