Oakley's Eyepatch Sunglasses throw traditional thinking overboard. These glasses feature durable, lightweight O Matter frames and shatterproof Plutonite lenses. To give you the highest quality optics available, Oakley milled the Eyepatch Sunglasses' lenses from a single piece of impact-resistant Plutonite polycarbonate. Oakley's XYZ-tapered lens technology provides distortion free-vision at all angles of the lens, even at the periphery. Oakley's new Square O logos prove this Eyepatch is a genuine Oakley article.
Bottom Line: Whether you have one eye or two eyes, see the seven seas clearly through the Oakley Eye Patch Sunglasses.
These sunglasses are great for wide faces. I also have a pair of Oakley Straight Jackets and Smith Thresholds that fit about the same, but these are just a touch wider. The bottle green/smoke lens combo is a good combo for leisure and business. Very good value for the money.
These Oaks rock!! They definitely have a solid build. I use them for everything. Running, working, hiking, driving, and just chillin on the lake. I get tons of compliments on them. They are definitely for larger faces. They actually fit my massive head (just short of an 8 1/2 hat size...). If you have a slim face then I strongly recommend looking for a different style. And as for the people that like oversized glasses, I personally don't think these are good for the oversized look. The bottom corners on the far left and right are somewhat square, and if they don't fit your face, they'll kind of just hang out over your cheekbones. I just personally think looks awkward on smaller faces. But if these will fit you, then definitely buy them!!
I've always had problems with scratches on my Oakley lenses. I'm not sure what else to say except I've had tons of problems with them. That doesn't mean I've stopped wearing them, just had problems.
I have a "substantial" noggin. These fit PERFECTLY! The oversize lenses let no light in 'cept where they're s'posed to. They're comfortable, stay on, and the field of view is unlimited. Typical Oakley, in that they're crystal clear and there is no distortion. Got 'em off SAC for a song but they'd be worth full price . . . and I HATE paying full price! One other thing, with these big ol' lenses my next purchase will HAVE to be a Winnebago!!

These glasses are fabulous! My fiance loves them because they are big and provide great sun protection. Don't think twice...they are awesome...especially in green!!!...definitely unique!
Hooray for glasses that fit massive domes like my own. These glasses are wide, and protect your entire vision field. With my head, they do not let light in from the sides and make everything crystal clear. I recommend these for anyone with a big head or just wanted a bigger frame.
I recommend The Eyepatch for anyone who's had to deal with small frames and lenses which leave you looking like you stole glasses off an eight year old. The Eyepatch could cover up Walter Cronkite's eyebrows. The lenses are nice and dark. If you have the Todd Francis editions, it's probably not a mistake you do have them so congrats on being cool.
