Does it keep you warm? I also will be using it for lap swimming in a pool.

I haven't tried it in a pool yet, but the material is equivalent to my other rash guards which keep me pretty warm in indoor pools.

This rash guard is COMFY. The material is smooth and strong. The seams are constructed well (I bought a different brand rash guard a few months ago for kayaking & the seams are already unraveling). The styling is very cute and flattering without being obnoxious. The sizing is true to the size chart.
