Hey Ian, I'm 5'7" wearing size 30 and see I should order a size small for these bibs, just trying to make a fit comparison if you also ordered size small?
Do the pants have a powder cuff to go over the boots?

I'd say to go with a medium. Im only about 5'3 and the small fits fine on me (with a good amount of baggyness) If your looking for the pants to come to the top/middle of your boot then you might want the small, it depends how baggy you want them. Waist wise, the small or medium should be ok for you.
