Solid pair of gloves

Got these gloves for a winter adventure race in Indiana and for general winter backpacking. Temps in the teens to twenties, light rain, wind. The liners were plenty warm enough by themselves while I was moving, and when we stopped the addition of the shell kept my digits warm. I found the shell + liner combo to be way to warm while hiking. Was not impressed with the dexterity, but the removable liner makes that less of a problem. Overall, a solid pair of gloves.

Took these to the Arctic!

These gloves were perfect for an Arctic expedition. Totally waterproof for splashing zodiac rides and great for hiking, snapping pictures with just the liners. Loved them!

Perfect Gloves

I wore these gloves to summit Mt Rainier, then used them to brave daily dog walking in Chicago this winter. They are so incredibly functional and roomy enough to allow any number of layering combinations underneath. My favorite feature is the draw cord that tightens the skirt to keep snow, wind, and whatever out. It's so easy to grab the draw toggle even with big, clumsy, gloved fingers. Way to go OR!
