Unfortunately it does not. But that is exactly what the Nixon 'Dork' watch will do! By the push of a button, the current time will be announced for all to hear!

Unfortunately the Nixon Dictator Watch does NOT tell you the current time. It is able to record any audio you would like for later playback. You can also set recorded messages to be alarms or hourly chimes. Total storage space is 3 minutes and 20 seconds that can be broken up over 8 different messages. But there is no way for it to "speak" the current time.
