My daughter wanted a sports watch that had a low profile and a few essentials, like date, alarm and backlight. While the Imara Orb is kind of thick and sits high off the wrist, it is much more sleek than many other sports watches, and my daughter is overall pleased. And, as always, Backcountry.com is great to do business with.

I just received this watch as a gift - it is a very pretty/functional watch...but the face is quite thick and it is a bit heavy. How can I be sure the watch I exchange it for is not as thick/heavy? Am I missing something in the specifications about these details?

Watches are deceptive, I know primarily because I just went through the nasty process of finding one that fit me, wasn't too big but not too small, and looked good.With Backcountry's killer return policy, order a bunch and ship back the ones you don't like.
