I cannot get the calorie counter to work. I have followed the

I cannot get the calorie counter to work. I have followed the instructions and input the required stats ( lower and upper limits, age and weight) The calorie counter always says "0" despite an hour of spin class. I took it back to the new balance store where I purchasd it and was told that they do not know how to operate it. I am very frustrated to say the least!

Hi...the instructions to set up this watch monitor were great, but for the life of me (call me stupid) I can't figure out what buttons to push when I want to record a workout. I could see my heart rate ok, but at the end of the session, I didn't see any calorie count. Do I need to start the chronograph too? Do the calories show when I stop the chronograph? Thanks to anyone who may know how these things work!!
