I have never been one to drink lots of water, but now that I live in a desert climate, I need to drink more to stay hydrated. Water has always tasted too plain whereas sweet drinks were disgusting. Nuun U Natural Hydration got it right: these tables have a light flavor, low calories, and essential electrolytes. I'm hooked on them, and have made several repeat orders so that I never run out.

what can i say about u? it's a great vitamin water. it's the best thing since sliced bread. just yesterday i said "i don't even drink water anymore". it's u or nothing for me. it tastes so good. if you are a nuun user it's a slightly different type of flavor, i'd say even more relaxed. i like it strong and drop 2 tablets into a 12oz glass. i will take it when i train as well since it does have about 1/2 the electrolyte profile of a nuun tablet, so it's still aplicable there. i love that it's like drinking a quarter of a vitamin with Vitamin A, vitamin C, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B-6, folate, vitamin B-12. it's all natural and sweetened with stevia leaf extract. good stuff. i like them all but i can't seem to get enough of the goji berry green tea.

U natural hydration is another great product from the people at nuun. I love all their stuff. I like that U is 100% natural and it tastes great. recently i was on a hike and it was cold, and i forgot my hot chocolate. I wanted a hot drink after dinner, so i tried my U hot. It was even better than it is cold. Give it a try!

I hadn't used any Nuun products before and got the "variety pack" to try them out. I think the flavors are ok (chai is my favorite) but since it is a little tablet, the water can be a little gritty. But they definitely do the trick. I used to cramp up for hours after long runs and rides but since drinking this combined with Clifbar shot bloks, my cramping has almost entirely disappeared. I like that they don't have the sugar or calories of other sports drinks and will continue using them.
