The NRS Men's Guide Shirt might look like a dressy collared shirt, but it's actually a wicking, lightweight, sun-protection performance shirt in disguise. Sneaky, eh? Lightweight, UPF 45-rated fabric on the body of the Guide Shirt wicks moisture and dries quickly, while the upper panel and collar have UPF 50-rated HydroSilk fabric. Needs work

I love the weight and feel of the shirt but it started breaking down and fraying almost immeadiatly after only one river trip (6 day trip). I'm sure it would be fine if you were sporting around town, but this is "gear" and should be able to withstand a little splash and giggle.
