These cords are great. Very comfortable and the red is a very rich colour. Unless you are very short I would recommend getting the Tall. I'm 5'9" and have short legs and the tall are even a little short on me. They also fit a little big I usually wear a 10 but I went down to an 8 and probably could have gone to a 6.
They are 'dressy' enough for me to wear to work but comfortable enough to lounge in.

These pants felt comfortable, but... they had saggy butt written all over them, and they were "high waters" even on me (5'4")!
I sent them back.

These are super comfortable! I would size down from your normal size. The fabric is nice and stretchy and after wearing them for about 15 minutes they stretch out and can almost be a bit too baggy. I am 5'7" with long legs and I got the longs and they are perfect. i like to have a bit of extra length. I washed these and they did not shrink. I have the berry color and the color did not bleed on any other clothes. I put them on and they were just as soft as brand new. I get lots of compliments on these!

The material is really thick and awkward at first, but once you wash these a few times you'll just slide into them. I can't wait to wear these after a long day of snowboarding.

These are soft, thick, stretchy, and all-around yummy cords. I wear them on weekends, to work, and pretty much any time they are not in the hamper or washer. They are sized a little large; I am usually a size 4 but needed the 2 in these.
