False Advertising

The Nitrous Vest is wonderfully lightweight, but that is the essence of its fatal flaw. The material, EcoSensor Ripstop? is so fragile it cannot withstand exposure to the elements encountered in backpacking or mountaineering. Ripstop it is not! Unless the vest is protected by another layer, it is essentially useless in the backcountry. This purchase was an expensive disappointment.
