Mountain Hardwear Downhill Parka - Women's - 2007

The Mountain Hardwear Women's Downhill Parka gives you all the tools you need to face a blizzard on the slopes and emerge smiling. A 20K-rated waterproof Conduit laminate and welded seams keep you completely dry, while 650-fill down insulation warms you like a wood-burning stove. Loads of pockets store your gloves, goggles, water bottle, and even your MP3 player. Articulated sleeves let your arms move freely. Open the Downhill ski jacket's welded Underarm zips to cool down after a hike out-of-bounds, and attach the stretch powder skirt for a comfortable barricade against incoming freshies. Zip off the pow skirt and the hood for a more casual look.

Bottom Line: Don't let storms stop your downhill quest. Zip up the Mountain Hardwear Downhill Parka and carry on.

Got this for my wife, and even if it has all the attributes, pockets; the insulation does its work definitely as its toasty to keep you warm, enough room for layering, the downsides, a bit on the heavy side but definitely too puffy on the waist so we are going to return it to get something else with a more fitted cut

Debbie. Yes and Yes. Also, the hood is removable as well as adjustable. Checking on the length. I will tweak my answer later when I get the right measurement. Cheers!
