Debbie. Yes and Yes. Also, the hood is removable as well as adjustable. Checking on the length. I will tweak my answer later when I get the right measurement. Cheers!

Got this for my wife, and even if it has all the attributes, pockets; the insulation does its work definitely as its toasty to keep you warm, enough room for layering, the downsides, a bit on the heavy side but definitely too puffy on the waist so we are going to return it to get something else with a more fitted cut
