Heavy duty, but so comfortable

These are really great to walk in, a bit heavier than any other pair of flops that I own, so they took a little getting used to, but the tread and stability are awesome! I really like the fact that I was able to customize it to my feet and break them in right away.

I have read many great reviews on this and other Montrail sandals but wonder if they are good for people with wide feet? I am shopping for my son who has wide feet and these sound great except that no review has addressed that.

since they are flip flops i think you'll be fine even with a wide foot. but try them on first.

So these things are awesome! They're heat moldable so fit/form to your foot right away. They're super durable, and offer about as much traction as my trail runners. I've ended up on 5 mile hikes with them and they didn't great.
I have the all black, and they look good with any shorts or pants I have too.
