Merrell Waterpro Simarron Water Shoe - Women's - 2008

Fast-moving rivers call for a tightening down of the removable rear strap and ankle and forefoot straps on the Merrell Women's Waterpro Simarron Water Shoes. Remove the rear strap for slower-paced strolls over dry land. What always stays on the Waterpro Simarron Water Shoes? The soft Lycra and neoprene linings, women's-specific Q-Form EVA footframes, and air-cushioned midsoles. Vibram outsoles and 3.5mm lugs grip wet rocks, while the antimicrobial footbed helps prevent swamp odors.

Bottom Line: Your rear is not removable. The Waterpro Simarron Shoe's, however, is.

I just purchased this sandal & it is uncomfortable around my toe. I am not sure whether to keep them. Just wondering if they will break in?

I bought a really similar pair in leather and it did take some getting used to. but these sandals are so durable and comfy. i have permanent tanlines from them. i cant wear anything else. but my leather ones broke from being exposed to too much water. they took a long journey through israel and have been to several bodies of water here in AZ. they go everywhere i go.

Would these be a good fit for a narrow foot?

I have a wide foot & they were a great fit for me. It might be a little wide for a narrow foot, although you can adjust the straps.
