With its breathable mesh uppers and ultra-grippy soles, the Merrell Women's Siren Ventilator Hiking Shoe pulls your feet to the hills. Merrell's Q-Form Air Cushion midsole aligns and cushions your foot from your first stride out the front door to the last step of your hike. The TPU injection molded heel helps ensure solid footwork and less blisters. Merrell gave this mid-high shoe a triple-density EVA footbed to absorb shock while you hike or bike rocky trails and peripheral gripping tread that bites sketchy, sloping surfaces. Merrell recommends wearing the Siren shoe with a light to midweight sock—tug on the quick-pull lacing and get out there.

I have a new job where I stand on my feet all day and wanted something to wear besides running shoes of various vintages. The Siren Ventilators are supportive and super comfortable like other Merrell's. I also love the styling. These puppies are total winners in my book!

I like these Siren Ventilators so much, I'm going to buy a second pair.

I've been wearing a heavier-duty hiking boot (the Keen Targhee) for a couple of years, and even though the Siren Ventilator is a lighter weight shoe, the soles on these Merrells provide much better traction (ironically).

I was hiking on hardpacked and slightly iced-over snow recently, and these Merrells performed better than my Keens ever could.

And, as others have noted, these Merrell Siren Ventilators are very comfortable.

I have narrow feet and tried these on in a store. They fit perfectly! Normally I have to tighten my shoelaces a lot to get them narrow enough, but these were perfect with little effort.

I bought these shoes for my Mom who is a huge Merrell advocate (she typically wears their winter shoes), and she is beyond satisfied. She needed a stable shoe with good grip for day hikes and the Siren Ventilator delivers. She also likes that they are very lightweight and breathable. True to size.

Best hikers ever!

Right out of the box, these shoes were super comfortable.. no break in needed. I usually wear a size 7 but got a size 7.5 to give my toes more room to eliminate toe jam on the descents. These keep my feet cool in hot weather. Very stable platform. I have mildly wide feet.. no problems with fit.
