These irresistible, slightly sweetened cakes contain both cornmeal and sweet corn kernels in addition to black bean flakes. For this treat, Mary Jane invented three methods of preparation. You can use the stovetop skillet-bake instructions, the oven-bake instructions or make an 8" Tarte Tian crust.
