Are softshells for everyday, all mountain use? If I wear this during heavy snowfall (powder) days will I need a shell or more layers?

The Soulride is an M-1 softshell, meaning it is designed for cold, windy and wet conditions. It has a Membrain laminate, which is completely windproof and highly water repellent. It will work great as an outer layer for all your powder days.
