Marmot Oracle Jacket - Men's
The Marmot Men’s Oracle Jacket can’t predict the stormy future, but its waterproof breathable PreCip Plus shell fabric can certainly protect you from it. This lightweight shell jacket blocks out storms thanks to its fully taped seams, and it stays highly breathable when you’re moving fast. Strategic stretch panels improve your mobility, and the storm hood zips off or stows in the collar when you don’t need it. Marmot sized the Oracle to fit over a light fleece or softshell and gave it two high hand pockets that can be accessed with a pack or harness on.
Bottom Line: Prepare yourself for the storms of the future.

I agree with the bulky collar thing. Instead, I just remove it, fold it up and stuff it in the large inside pocket.
Change me.
