No Need For Handles

Works good if you don't have a rag or you don't want to burn your socks by lifting a hot pot. Inside notch works well on a rolled lip but will literally pick up any pan or pot. Lightweight.

This is probably one of the most genius ideas ever created. Although I did not buy my separately it came with my pot and pan set and probably is the most important piece of the set. The design was genius and if you can somehow break it then you dont deserve to go camping. Definitely one of MSR's top 5 products just because of how great it works

It allows you to cook without burning your hands, which is a good reason to use it. However, if you're not careful, it is possible to scratch your cookware with it. This only happens if you really try and have lapses of ineptness.

The Packtowl sleeve works wonderful for clean up and storage.

Holds a pot, stays secure, doesn't slip, and doesn't burn your hands. The little case it comes with is perfect for allowing you to store the lifter inside the pot without having to worry about scratching anything and it also doubles as an improvised oven mit. I don't know what kind of weight it is rated to hold but it has worked for everything I've made.
