This is a nice, relatively light frying pan that cleans easily. The sides are straight, and it's deep to help keep everything in when cooking at camp. It's not especially lightweight, but I wouldn't mind bringing it on shorter backpacking trips.

It will also fit inside of the MSR Large dish which is 8 7/8". The Medium dish is 7 5/8" and will rest inside of the Flex Skillet and the MSR Quick 2 Pot Set will sit in the Medium dish. I have the GSI 8" Pinnacle Frypan nested in my set but the MSR skillet will fit as well.

MSR Large dish, 8" GSI Pinnacle Frypan, MSR Medium Dish, MSR Quick 2 Pot Set all nested together. Inside the Quick 2 is The 1.5 liter pot with Sea to Summit XS Tek Towel between the 1.5 and the 2.5 as well as the GSI 8" Frypan Handle and a Light My Fire Spork, regular size.

a must have. did awesome with eggs bacon and ham cooked right on the open fire and came clean with one wipe. also light for backpacking and kayaking
