Really great bag. It's not for cold temps but it's great for early summer or fall. I love how nice this bag feels it's awesome.

I packed with this bag on a 10 day 60 mile trip to Philmont this summer. I was worried that it might be a bit cold, but did great in temps ranging from 35 at the base to around 50 up in the mountains. I've used it in the sweaty Tennessee summers and the cool fall as well. It's SUPER light and compresses down to the size of a small coffee can. My fellow backpacking buddies are either jealous or have gone out and bought their own. I've done 4 trips with this bag now and love it!

I will agree whole-heartedly with Marker71. This is an exceptionally light and well made bag. Most importantly it packs down extremely small - about the size of a small football. The materials are of the highest quality and the compression sack is quite effective (obviously that is its purpose). Being a 45 degree bag, it is very comfortable in the spring, summer and early fall months. I did take it on a few trips where the temperatures dipped into the low 30s and it was borderline comfortable.

Additionally, the price is right. Often some of Mountain Hardwear's gear can be on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for.

Light weight,compact, and comfortable. Temperatures in the mid 30's got me thinking that I should have gotten the 32 deg bag instead but with extra clothing on, it did just fine.

VERY light and compressible down to incredibly small size. Just tested it in the high 40's in my yard and its plenty comfortable temp-wise. Taking this one to Maine in June for real test and then to Arizona's high desert.

I've bivied in this light and compressible bag at 8200' next to giant snowbank in Montana. The July temps weren't frigid, probably down to about 40-45 F. I slept great. Just recently I went on an October camping trip where temps got down to freezing. With a hat, in a tent, I was warm. This is a great comfortable, durable, bag that is warmer than it looks and has a great price.
